Terms & Conditions ("Terms")

1. Introduction & Acceptance

• These Terms form a legally binding agreement between da.care SA(CHE‑425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland ("Company", "we", "us") and the person creating an account or joining the wait‑list ("User", "you").
• By submitting your e‑mail to our wait‑list or by installing the da.care mobile application, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Territory Restrictions

• Age 18+. The Services are not directed to children under 18.
• The Services are globally available except where prohibited by applicable sanctions or where App Store distribution is unavailable.

3. Definitions

• "Services" – the da.care wait‑list site and mobile application providing AI‑generated health & wellbeing prompts, analytics dashboards, push notifications and related features.
• "AI Outputs" – text or other content generated by third‑party large language models (“LLMs”) in response to user prompts.

4. Wait‑list Phase

• We collect limited data (name, age, e‑mail, IP) solely to notify you of product updates.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any e‑mail we send.

5. Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or unlawful behaviour.

6. Subscription Model & Payments

• Freemium tier: limited access, no fee.
• Paid tiers: monthly or yearly auto‑renewing subscriptions; pricing displayed in‑app.
