These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between **da.care SA** (CHE-425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland ("da.care", "we", "us") and the person who installs, accesses, or uses the Leda application or joins the Leda wait-list ("you", "User").
Leda is one of several products operated by da.care SA. These Terms are specific to Leda and supplement, and are read together with, the da.care master Terms & Conditions and the Leda Privacy Policy. By installing or using Leda, submitting your e-mail to the Leda wait-list, or creating a da.care Account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Leda.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Leda is a daily AI assistant and a collection of "feel-good" apps designed to help you handle everyday mental load, including small decisions, scheduling, light entertainment, and quick problem-solving, in a simple, low-friction way. Featured apps may include items such as "Make Me Laugh", "Good News", a daily reading, stress-relief tools, and a voice/camera "how does it work" helper. New apps are added over time, and users may suggest ideas.
Leda is designed to be used briefly and then put down. It does not use infinite feeds, and it periodically reminds you how long you have been using it.
Leda is not a medical product. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, professional healthcare, mental-health, or crisis advice. See Section 9.
To use Leda you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the service under applicable law. Leda is available globally except where prohibited by applicable export controls or sanctions law, or where App Store / Google Play distribution is unavailable. By using Leda, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Some Leda content is available on a free tier without an account. To use account-based features, paid tiers, or sync across devices, you must create a da.care Account and provide accurate, current information. A single da.care Account may give access to other da.care products under their own terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful behaviour, with or without notice as appropriate.
Leda offers a free tier and paid tiers, for example "Plus" and "Family", with pricing displayed in-app. Paid tiers are recurring, auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited ("Stripe"). By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms. Where you purchase through Apple's App Store or Google Play, in-app purchases are additionally subject to Apple's or Google's billing rules and terms. Applicable taxes are added at checkout under local law.
