- Minimum age: Drafted at 18+ to match the da.care master T&Cs v0.2. The Leda product page states the audience is "13–99+" and the previous Leda terms said 16+. Pick one. If 13+ or 16+ is intended, this document needs a children's-data framework (parental consent under GDPR Art. 8 / Swiss FADP) and a different age gate.
- Liability cap set at EUR 100 to match master v0.2 (old Leda terms said CHF 100).
- Confirm Leda's actual paid tiers (Free / Plus €4 / Family €8 per product page) and that payments run through Stripe + Apple/Google billing.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between **da.care SA** (CHE-425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland ("da.care", "we", "us") and the person who installs, accesses, or uses the Leda application or joins the Leda wait-list ("you", "User").
Leda is one of several products operated by da.care SA. These Terms are specific to Leda and supplement, and are read together with, the da.care master Terms & Conditions and the Leda Privacy Policy. By installing or using Leda, submitting your e-mail to the Leda wait-list, or creating a da.care Account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Leda.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Leda is a daily AI assistant and a collection of "feel-good" apps designed to help you handle everyday mental load — small decisions, scheduling, light entertainment, and quick problem-solving — in a simple, low-friction way. Featured apps may include items such as "Make Me Laugh", "Good News", a daily reading, stress-relief tools, and a voice/camera "how does it work" helper. New apps are added over time, and users may suggest ideas.
Leda is designed to be used briefly and then put down. It does not use infinite feeds, and it periodically reminds you how long you have been using it.
Leda is not a medical product. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare, mental-health, or crisis advice. See Section 9.
To use Leda you must be at least 18 years old [see open items above], have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the service under applicable law. Leda is available globally except where prohibited by applicable export controls or sanctions law, or where App Store / Google Play distribution is unavailable. By using Leda you represent that you meet these requirements.
