Leda by da.care SA
Version 0.3 (draft) — 12 June 2026
Supersedes "Leda Privacy Policy" (Feb 2025).
⚠️ Draft for legal review — open items
- "Anonymous" claim: The Leda product page says "personal data kept far away from usage." Your data inventory, however, links your name, e-mail, user ID, device ID, performance data, and uploaded content to your identity. This policy describes that honestly (separation/minimisation, not full anonymity). Marketing and this policy must not contradict each other — confirm the real architecture.
- Health data: Leda is positioned as wellbeing/entertainment, not clinical. This policy states we do not intentionally collect health/medical data, but that users may voluntarily include sensitive information in free text or uploads — processed only with explicit consent. Confirm whether "mood tracking" (Plus tier) should be treated as wellbeing data or special-category data.
- Minimum age drafted at 18 (see Terms). The old policy said 16; the product page says 13–99+. If under-18s are admitted, a children's-data section and parental-consent mechanism are required.
- Sub-processors must be named (hosting provider, crash/analytics provider, AI/LLM provider, Stripe) in an up-to-date sub-processor list before publishing.
- Not legal advice — have counsel confirm before publishing.
da.care SA ("da.care", "we", "us", "our") operates the Leda application. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Leda, why, and your rights. It applies to users in Switzerland, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and worldwide.
Data controller: da.care SA (CHE-425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland — [email protected].

Leda is built to minimise data. The free tier can be used without an account.
