These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between da.care SA (CHE-425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland ("da.care", "we", "us") and the person who uses Coren ("you").
Coren is one of several products operated by da.care SA. These Terms are specific to Coren and supplement, and are read together with, the da.care master Terms & Conditions and the Coren Privacy Policy. By using Coren, whether as a person searching for a provider or as a provider claiming or managing a listing, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Coren.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a practice, business, or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Coren is an online directory and matching service that connects people looking for a service ("Seekers") with practitioners and businesses that provide one ("Providers"). Seekers describe what they are looking for, answer a few matching questions, and Coren shows them the Provider profiles that fit best.
Coren's primary focus is health and wellbeing practitioners, but it is not limited to them; Providers span many industries, from personal care to professional services.
Coren is not a medical product. It is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or emergency service, and it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Listing a Provider on Coren is not a recommendation or a guarantee of their suitability for you; what our badges do and do not mean is explained in Section 5.
Any engagement between a Seeker and a Provider (consultations, treatment, purchases, payment, outcomes) is a relationship between those two parties only. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for it.

You can browse and search Coren without an account. To create an account, claim a listing, or subscribe to a paid tier, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Providers must additionally be legally entitled to offer the services their listing describes in the territories where they offer them, and must hold any licence, registration, or insurance their profession requires.
A "Listing" is a page on Coren describing a Provider. Every Listing carries one of three labels:
