Coren by da.care SA
Effective date: 31.07.2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between da.care SA (CHE-425.383.392), Chemin des Viaducs 1, 1820 Veytaux, Switzerland (“da.care”, “we”, “us”) and the person who uses Coren (“you”). Coren is operated as a subsidiary offering of da.care and forms part of the wider da.care service ecosystem.
1.2. The Terms govern access to and use of the Coren websites, mobile applications, anonymous AI-powered search and matching functionality, marketplace interfaces, dashboards, notifications, and any related products or services made available by da.care under the Coren brand.
1.3. By using Coren, whether as a person searching for a provider or as a provider claiming or managing a listing, you accept these Terms and the Coren Privacy Policy.
1.4. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a practice, business, or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Scope and structure
2.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Coren Platform, including users of any free tier, paid subscription tier, enterprise deployment, pilot programme, charity plan, wait-list function, or beta release made available by da.care through Coren.
2.2. These Terms apply specifically to your use of the Coren Platform and Coren Services. The separate da.care Terms and Conditions govern the broader da.care services and, where relevant, also apply to your use of Coren. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the da.care Terms and Conditions in relation to the same subject matter, the da.care Terms and Conditions prevail.
2.3. For clarity, references to “Services” in the da.care Terms and Conditions mean the broader da.care services described there, whereas references in these Terms to the “Coren Platform” or “Coren Services” refer specifically to use of Coren.
2.4. Where separate enterprise, partner, clinical, or charity agreements are executed in writing with da.care in relation to Coren, those agreements prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

4. What Coren Is
4.1. Coren is an online directory and matching service that connects people looking for a service (“Seekers”) with Providers. Seekers describe what they are looking for, answer a few matching questions, and Coren shows them the Provider profiles that fit best.
4.2. Coren’s primary focus is health and wellbeing practitioners, but it is not limited to them. The Coren Platform provides AI-enabled health, wellbeing, habit-support, organisational, informational, or reflective content, including prompts, summaries, dashboards, and reminders, together with an anonymous search and matching engine that suggests Providers and services that may be suitable for your needs.
4.3. Coren is not a medical product. The Coren Platform acts as a matching and discovery tool. It does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, psychiatric care, coaching, therapy, or any regulated professional service. Any services you receive are provided by independent Providers under their own terms and professional obligations.
4.4. AI Output and Matches may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain solely responsible for evaluating AI Output, Matches, and Provider information, and for any decision to act or refrain from acting in reliance on them.
4.5. You must seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting on any health-related, mental-health-related, medical, legal, financial, or other professional subject matter. In an emergency, you must contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified clinician immediately.
